POWER TRAINING SERIES
Get a head start on bouldering season with the Power training series. This series is designed and focused toward helping climbers tap into their inner 'man power'. Get 5 weeks of 2 hour lessons once a week, series wraps up with an outdoor bouldering trip to Boone, NC. This series is also a great way to get fit for the ABS competition circuit.

What you will get from this series:

  • 5 Sessions of power and power endurance training workouts.
  • Learn advanced boulder specific exercises that will help eliminate bouldery crux moves on problems.
  • Lessons from pro climbers.
  • Outdoor application trip to one of the nations bouldering destinations.


Costs:
5 Lessons in gym: $350 w/Trip
$400 No Trip
Weekend long climbing trip: $400
Total Package= Lessons and Trip: $750
